"Vempire es un juego de puzzle con la estrategia añadido y elementos de la historia a los jugadores de ingreso. En su corazón Vempire es un juego de puzzle en el que el jugador tiene que rotar los cuadrados de los bloques (a la derecha o hacia la izquierda) con el objetivo de crear filas o columnas de cuatro de más bloques del mismo tipo. Cuando esto sucede, los bloques son destruidos y más bloques caen desde la parte superior . El objetivo de cada nivel es eliminar suficientes bloques antes de que acabe el tiempo .

El juego cuenta con 10 mundos , y cada mundo dividido en cuatro niveles, un monstruo jefe para enfrentarse al final de cada mundo. Usted debe hacer un uso cuidadoso de sus movimientos en cada nivel , ya que los bloques pueden ser de varios tipos . Algunos contienen la energía de maná de colores distintos o por dinero. El dinero recaudado durante el juego se puede gastar en la tienda para comprar nuevas criaturas para convocar durante el juego. Hacer combos de maná , el jugador puede invocar criaturas que ayudarán al jugador eliminar los bloques. La característica de juego de 6 criaturas diferentes que el jugador tiene que desbloquear el gasto de dinero en la tienda. A través de desafíos de juego en cada mundo , los jugadores pueden Ganancias artefactos especiales que le dan diversos poderes, como ralentizar el tiempo o girar los bloques en el maná que necesita .
